01 Overview

A client proofing and delivery platform for photographers. Fast, beautiful galleries where clients select favorites, download high-res files, and order prints. Built as a pnpm monorepo with a Convex backend and two React + Vite apps — a photographer dashboard and the client-facing gallery — sharing auth and schema. Originals are stored in S3 with presigned URLs; payments run through Dodo. Competing with Pixieset and ShootProof, with a focus on speed and modern UX.
