01 Overview

A centralized analytics dashboard that pulls metrics from 10+ sources — GA4, Search Console, Cloudflare, Vercel, Railway, GitHub, Bing, Lighthouse, and AhaSend — across all my personal projects. Runs scheduled Convex crons to sync data, exposes a Next.js dashboard to explore trends, and ships a weekly HTML digest email summarising traffic, deploys, and performance. Built to stop bouncing between dashboards.
